Judicial and legal Departments, increase $52,270. Over $40,000 of this is exchange compensation, and $9,600 the result of putting the new Attorney General on a sterling salary of £1,500.

Land Court, New Territory, decrease $9,000. The President draws salary at $6,000, with exchange com- pensation. His office is not pensionable, and should
